This is my own creative interpretation of the Kraken Rum packaging design which I explored through different ways to create a visually interesting form of what the mysterious creature could be, as it currently lacked this element that I was keen to depict in my work. By using hand generated marks with chalk and inks to depict the krakens form this allowed me to create different levels of contrast and depth in the darker tones which I would manipulate and adjust digitally.
